The RS&GIS FoS requires both Master and Doctoral degree students to conduct thesis or research study and dissertation prior to graduation. Our research covers the applications of remote sensing and GIS in environmental monitoring, natural resource management, agriculture and forestry etc. Development of tools and techniques for spatial data analysis such as automated mapping is the other focus area.
